From an early age, I have always been passionate about science and discovery. I studied Chemistry at the University of Liverpool, where I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Computational Chemistry. This experience deepened my interest in research and led me to complete a PhD in Chemistry and Robotics, earning my doctorate.
During my time at university, I discovered a love for teaching while leading laboratory sessions and maths courses for undergraduate students. I also worked at the Catalyst Science Museum, where I enjoyed engaging young people in science through hands-on learning. These experiences inspired me to pursue a career in education and complete my teacher training.
Outside of academia, I have combined my scientific interests with a passion for exploration and cultural exchange. I spent several months in South Africa working on a shark conservation project, tagging and recording shark species. I also spent some time in Tanzania, where I volunteered in a school teaching science to children from the Maasai tribes.
I am deeply committed to providing a high-quality education for all students regardless of their background and believe strongly in creating equal opportunities for every learner.
