Over the past few months, through many consultations, we’ve collected a wealth of feedback from staff and students. We have identified areas for improvement you would like us to address, and we will do our very best to do so.
These will be short, medium and long term developments and improvements, so we’ll keep you informed of their progress through this “Your suggestions…Our Actions” campaign…..
Some Uniform orders were incorrectly packaged
We have liaised with the uniform supplier to ensure orders are processed efficiently and to also check with the academy for errors.
The ‘Supporters of King’s’ will also be assisting our administration team in distributing the uniform this year to ensure orders are double checked.
Payments have been incorrectly categorised by our electronic payment service
Our administrative team will be undergoing further SCOPAY training.
It would be useful to have links to policies such as attendance, anti-bullying and safeguarding on the ASPIRE newsletter.
We have added a ‘Useful Links’ section to the ASPIRE newsletter. These links will appear on all future editions of the newsletter. An FAQ’s page has also been added to the website here.
