I’m Alisha Fazackerley, and I’ve been part of the wonderful team here at King's Leadership Academy since September 2023. My journey into teaching started at Liverpool Hope University, where I pursued my passion for Sport and PE.
After completing my studies, I embarked on my teacher training journey with Kingsbridge SCITT, where I had the privilege of learning from experienced educators and mentors who guided me towards becoming the teacher I am today.
Beyond the classroom, I’m passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle whether that be going to gym, enjoying a run or being out on a hike. Staying active not only helps me stay healthy and energized but also allows me to lead by example when promoting the importance of physical activity to my students.
One of the many reasons I love being part of the King's family is the incredible sense of community that permeates throughout the school. From staff to students, everyone is valued and respected, creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Being able to contribute to this nurturing community while helping students discover their potential is incredibly rewarding and fuels my dedication to teaching.
As I continue on this journey, I’m committed to fostering a positive learning environment where students feel empowered to reach their goals, both academically and personally. Together, with my colleagues and students, I look forward to creating memorable learning experiences and making a lasting impact here at King's Leadership Academy.
