With over 25 years of experience in the property sector as a Group Performance Manager, I have built a career grounded in leadership, performance development, and a strong commitment to people-focused outcomes.

Becoming a mother profoundly deepened my appreciation for the power of education - not just academic, but in building resilience, confidence, and leadership in young people. It inspired me to make a meaningful career shift into the education sector, bringing with me a deeply transferable skill set, grounded in empathy, strategic thinking, and a genuine desire to understand and support others.

I am now privileged to be a part of the team at Kings Leadership Academy, a place that truly aligns with my values and aspirations. Surrounded by an exceptional team united in purpose, I work primarily with our SEND students, focusing on ensuring every young person receives the support, care, and guidance they need to thrive. My priority is student wellbeing - ensuring they are emotionally regulated, supported, and ready to learn. My goal is to help each student leave school equipped with the strategies and confidence to succeed in whatever path they choose.

Joining Kings Leadership Academy has been the most rewarding step in my professional journey, and I am committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of young people for years to come.

Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my husband and daughter. My daughter is my world, and she inspires me daily to keep learning, growing, and embracing every new adventure with purpose and joy.
